We want Trafton’s gourmet experience to begin with how our confections reach our customers. Our chocolates are all handmade and guaranteed fresh. We want you to enjoy them at their best, so all orders are professionally packed and shipped to arrive within 2-3 days.
Orders placed for warm weather areas, or placed during summer months, will have a $5.00 surcharge added to allow for insulation and reusable gel packs. This additional charge is included in the shipping rate you see at the time of check out. Our experience has been our customers appreciate this extra care and are more than happy to pay a little extra to insure their chocolates arrive in good condition. Want to save shipping charges?

If you live within driving distance of Virginia Beach, Va., and would like to pick up your chocolates rather than have them shipped to you, just tell us in the customer comments section of the shopping cart. We'll call or email you and confirm a pick up time.We'd love to see you!

Returns Policy

Our return policy is simple. If you are not happy, for any reason, let us know, and we'll refund your purchase, no questions asked! We don't really want the product back, so just dispose of it anyway you see fit, and we'll be sending you a refund.
